The sooner, the better. Event transportation is the most complex aspect of ground transportation, and timely preparations are crucial for successful execution. Therefore, we expect the service details at least one week before the start of the event. There are huge events that affect general availability, so we kindly advise early actions when organizing events.
All of our chauffeurs undergo the necessary training and possess valid licenses required to provide expert chauffeur services. We also conduct the Quality Assurance Program to ensure that our chauffeurs meet our stringent standards and requirements. It includes reliability, safety, professional appearance, language skills and kindness. Our chauffeurs speak English as well as the official language of the country where they provide services.
Yes, we can provide the details 10 working days before the service. However, all users of Preferred Luxury Services must not process any personal data of PLS’s chauffeurs for any purpose other than service execution purpose. The users must take all technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data provided by PLS. The users are not entitled to use the chauffeurs’ data for any marketing purpose and they agree and accept that the privacy policy rules are valid and binding for an indefinite period of time.

Yes, if preferred, we can assign the same driver for the whole trip. The exceptions would be made only if the driver has already been assigned another job in the meantime, is on an annual leave, or has health issues.

Yes, the driver will wait for the passengers as long as needed. However, after the grace waiting time, every starting hour of additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of hourly service for the assigned vehicle.
Our office staff attentively monitors the flights. Furthermore, we make appropriate adaptations to provide services in accordance with the new circumstances or to eliminate any costs or inconveniences caused by sudden changes.
We can provide every booking reservation separately but also a list of the bookings, if preferred. We actively use manifest forms as an efficient way of exchanging information with event planner due to numerous modifications before and during the event.
As the details of the service constantly change, even during the event, we always keep solid track of all changes and gladly share them, either per manifest or comprehensive reports at any moment.
Yes. According to your needs, we provide detailed reports that present the service chronologically.
Due to the larger number of bookings, we are eager to negotiate a more flexible cancellation policy.
We gladly accept change, but despite all our efforts, PLS sometimes cannot guarantee short-term changes. Any modification, additional stops or service that differs from the originally booked service may result in additional costs. Generally, the lead time is 60 minutes, but it can vary from city to city and depends on the availability caused by the season or any current events in a particular city.
Generally, the on-site coordination service is organized by PLS, but the expenses are fully covered by the event/project organizer. If preferred, the coordinator’s accommodation, food, trip, etc. can be organized by the event/project organizer as well.
Yes, and in such cases we highly recommend that our on-site coordinator(s) are accommodated at the same or close location to your onsite event/project organizer for efficient and close communication.
We accept all major credit cards for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfer as a payment method is also possible. We do not accept cash payment. However, to support you better, the payment options can be discussed and defined by the event ground transportation service agreement between your company and a PLS event manager.
The final report on additional costs would be presented not later than 5 workdays after the last service along with the payment link or invoice.
